Implementing Heart - Centered techniques have proven to increase the release of oxytocin from the heart, which signals and stimulates the release of dopamine from the brain.
By incorporating mindfulness / simple meditation techniques awareness of thoughts is enhanced. Once awareness is enhanced, the ability to construct thoughts to better serve us and to shape our core belief system is enhanced.
When our heart and brain are working in congruence with one another, a better sense of the self is gained and the ability to trust our instincts and intuition is enhanced. Once this is achieved the feeling of living in a flow - like state AKA The Zone is activated and becomes a way of living.
